Job description
Production AssociateThe Production Associate will be responsible for assembling goods and monitoring the process to effectively meet production goals to deliver product to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven, adaptable, and detail oriented.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipmentAssemble and prepare goods for shippingObserve and remove faulty product parts from assembly lineMaintain proper storage for material and product inventoryOperate and maintain machinery and production line equipmentKeep both a clean workstation and production floorReport any issues to supervisorPerform other tasks as assignedQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageFamiliar with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirementsComfortable using various systems to complete daily tasksSelf-motivated and results orientedAbility to collaborate cross-functionally.Ability to communicate and escalate issues quickly and effectively to manager or supervisor.Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow best practices.Able to work both individually and as a teamWillingness to take direction as needed and the drive to jump into tasks every day with a good attitude!Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lift 60 lbs.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountSafe Harbor 401(k)- ColdSnap will match 100% of the first 3% of your contribution, plus 50% of the next 2%Short-Term DisabilityPTO/Paid HolidaysVoluntary Life/AD&D InsuranceVoluntary Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program
