Job description
Production AssociateThis role supports the manufacturing of high-quality doors by performing hands-on production tasks in a climate-controlled, modern facility. Production associates work in either the building department, assembling and finishing doors with hardware and components, or in the staining area, applying finishes by hand in a repetitive, detail-oriented process. The position also contributes to quality improvement, training effectiveness, and cross-training efforts to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.The role is based in a brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility designed for comfort and efficiency. Team members work on a production floor with modern equipment and tools, focusing on door assembly, staining, and related carpentry tasks. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime available until 5:00 PM and no weekend shifts. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and collaboration, with clear processes, quality meetings, and cross-training to support smooth operations and flexible staffing.This is a Permanent position based out of Grove City, OH.The pay range for this position is $ - $ /yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
