Production WorkerWe are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through effective packaging and machine operation.ResponsibilitiesScrew lids onto bottles accurately and efficiently.Pack and wrap products with attention to detail.Operate machinery in adherence to safety and quality standards.Maintain product quality through consistent inspection and reporting.Perform general labor tasks as required in the production process.Essential Skills2+ years of production experience.1+ years of experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Proficiency in general production and packaging techniques.Ability to operate production machinery.Strong mathematical skills for product quality assessments.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned company where you will be part of a friendly and supportive team. This role involves a physical and fast-paced setting where lifting between 25 - 50 pounds may be required. You will be part of a very friendly team within a family-owned company. The shift is from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
