Job description
Production AssociateProduction Associates work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.Shift Available: Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pmTraining Shift: TBDPay: Starting at $18.00-$19.00/hour.Benefits:Potential Monthly Departmental BonusesMedicalDentalVisionPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with Company matchHoliday PaySupplemental Insurances (Cancer, Critical Illness, Accident, Short Term & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance)General Duties:Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.Other duties as assigned.Physical Demands:The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.Desired Traits/Requirements:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsBasic experience using scanning and computer devices preferred.Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.Equal Employment Opportunity: At Online Labels Group, we don't just accept difference — we celebrate it, support it, and thrive on it to benefit our employees, our products, and our community.
