A strong work ethic, dedication, and reliability are key traits we value.Essential Functions for Production & Manufacturing Associates:Maintain pace on a fast-moving production line.Safely operates equipment used in various manufacturing processes.Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors respectfully and cooperatively!Minimize waste by operating equipment efficiently.Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.Skills and Qualifications for Production & Manufacturing Associates:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Dependable attendanceAbility to work in various physical positions: bending, stooping, standing, and performing coordinated movements such as pulling, pushing, grasping, reaching, and bilateral arm movements.Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skillsEmployee Benefits:Competitive hourly pay401(k) plan with employer match equal to 50% of eligible contributions - Insurance coverage available after 30 daysCafeteria plan includes dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance - Paid vacation after 90 days.*Note: Some benefits are only available to full-time employees or after designated waiting periods.Pay Range: With incentives for production, quality, attendance, and safety, pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.Independent Stave Company is an equal-opportunity employer.
