Production Associate – Reclaim Grinder OperatorKelly Services is seeking a Production Associate – Reclaim Grinder Operator to safely manage and operate reclaim grinding equipment in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will follow plant and safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support end-of-line production operations.Location: Tallmadge, Ohio 44278Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.Pay: $19.00 per hour.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with all plant rules, policies, and procedures.Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.Maintain reliable daily attendance in accordance with the plant attendance policy.Maintain good housekeeping throughout all areas of the plant.Know the locations of all jam-up buttons and emergency-stop buttons.Use the phone paging system as required.Operate board grinders.Prepare and feed scrap products into grinding equipment.Operate compactor equipment and perform related tasks.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.Required Qualifications and Physical RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to routinely lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.Ability to work up to 12 or more hours in a hot or cold manufacturing environment.Ability to continuously walk and stand on a concrete floor for up to 12 hours.Ability to work overtime as needed.Ability to use cleaning equipment and tools for housekeeping duties while following all safety requirements.Ability to properly wear required personal protective equipment, including:Steel-toed shoesEye protection, such as safety glasses, goggles, or a face maskHearing protectionLong-sleeved shirt with shirt tail tucked in, as required for specific tasksWork EnvironmentThis position is performed in a manufacturing environment that may involve extended periods of standing and walking, concrete flooring, hot or cold temperatures, loud equipment, and physical handling of materials.
