Production, Warehouse, Packaging, Material Handling, and Machine Support PositionsWe are hiring for a variety of Production, Warehouse, Packaging, Material Handling, and Machine Support positions within a growing manufacturing environment. These roles involve supporting daily production operations, preparing products for shipment, maintaining quality standards, moving materials throughout the facility, and working as part of a team to meet production goals.Associates may be assigned to various departments based on business needs and experience. Duties can include operating production equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging and labeling materials, replenishing inventory, supporting shipping and receiving functions, monitoring production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. These positions offer opportunities to learn new skills and grow within a stable manufacturing setting.Shift Schedules1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-2:00pm plus every other Friday (6-hour shift)2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00pm-5:00amWeekend Crew: Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:00pmPayStarting pay ranges from $17.25-$19.00 per hour2nd Shift Differential: +$1.25/hour3rd Shift Differential: +$1.75/hourWeekend Shift Differential: +$1.75/hourWeekly paychecks every FridayResponsibilities and DutiesOperate production equipment and manufacturing machineryPack, label, and prepare products for shipmentPerform quality inspections to ensure product specifications are metLoad, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facilitySafely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment as assignedSupply production lines with materials and inventoryRead work orders and follow production schedulesMonitor machine performance and report operational issuesAssist with screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and specialty product productionComplete required production paperwork accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goalsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managementSkills and QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience preferred but not requiredAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits and PerksMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceTerm life insuranceShort-term disability401(k)Employee assistance programPaid holidays for qualifying employeesReferral programSick and Safe Time (ESST)LocationCandidates must be able to commute to Red Wing, MN (this is not a remote role)Relocation assistance is not availableThese positions are expected to support increased production demands through late October to early November, with opportunities for long-term employment and potential hire-on based on business needs, performance, attendance, and available openings.
