nAbout the Role: What will you do?
nAs a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or in other words, extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road!
nIn our retread plants you will have the opportunity to support the retread process through various stages:
nnnInspect the tires to assess if they can be retread
n
nnBuff the casing to remove any worn tread
n
nnRemove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
n
nnUsing rubber cement or a patch, repair the casing before applying new tread
n
nnBuilding the tire by applying new tread
n
nnCuring the tire to mold the retread application
n
nnFinal Inspection to assess a safe and quality product
