We focus on the details of every project and most importantly, we focus on our clients.OverviewProvide an exceptional experience for CertaPro Painters' customers to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition and to further 'Deliver Extraordinary Experiences'.Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Production, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Administration, Safety, and Business Development.ResponsibilitiesProvide an exceptional job opportunity for CertaPro Painters' Job Site Supervisors so as to differentiate ourselves from our competitors as the employer of choice in the painting labor workforce.Ensure that crews' are producing jobs at or above Gross margin goals.Ensure that new and current Job Site crews are trained on Production methods, customer service, and Job Site planning and management.Structures and re-organizes crews to maximize productivityEnsures that the Job Site Supervisors are clear on the scoop of the JobCoordinates Job Site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths crews are meeting or exceeding Brand delivery standards (Some Saturdays required)Ensures that the Customer's needs and expectations are being reviewedBuilds a Performance organization while promoting inclusiveness and diversity, and fosters a culture where our JSS and their painters feel valuedFacilitates the resolution of customer complaints and client warranty, and workmanship issues in a timely manner.Ensures that safety and set-up issues are reviewedRecruits, hires, trains, and provides oversight and development to Job Site Supervisors.Conducts training with all JSS'sPerforms other duties as assigned.Responsible for ensuring that all crews are following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines around Lead Safety and possess and maintain the required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).Qualifications and Skills2-year degree in related field (preferred)Current driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation and valid insurance. Position will travel to and from job sites and as needed.Expert in multiple finishes and paint applications.Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanorHigh attention to detail and a strong work ethicMust speak, read, and write English - Spanish speaking skills helpful but not necessaryPrevious experience in the paint industry preferred but not requiredMeticulous, clean, detail-oriented and taking pride in your work.Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some nights depending on the project.Exceptional Customer Service skills requiredBenefits/Compensation:Competitive pay and benefits Each CertaPro Painters® business is independently owned and operated. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
