Production AssociateDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for Deneen Pottery in Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you'll support the pottery production process by loading and unloading kilns, moving products throughout the facility, and inspecting finished pottery for quality. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout your shift, and being part of a production team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Associate:Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and special instructionsSafely load pottery into kilns and unload finished products after firingMove carts containing pottery and kiln materials throughout the production areaInspect pottery for cracks, glaze defects, and other quality concernsSeparate and report damaged or defective products to supervisorsHandle pottery carefully to prevent breakage and maintain quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized kiln room work environmentWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftAbility to push, pull, and maneuver loaded cartsAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periodsComfortable working in a warm environment due to kiln operationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to read and follow written work instructionsPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, or kiln experience is helpful but not requiredReliable attendance and punctualityWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
