This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, task-focused environment and enjoys being an essential part of the team's success.ResponsibilitiesAssist with blending, packaging, and labeling products according to store standardsMaintain stock levels on the sales floor, backstock, and bulk binsSupport daily production tasks based on store prioritiesPrepare and organize materials needed for production, including labels, bags, and containersMonitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to managementFulfill phone orders as directedMaintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and blend roomFollow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standardsSupport team members with production-related tasks as neededPerform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Production ManagerRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work in a fast-paced, task-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred SkillsAbility to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipesStrong organizational skillsClear communication and ability to take directionPrevious retail, kitchen, or production experience is a plusAdaptability and flexibility as store needs shiftPhysical DemandsRegular use of kitchen tools to prepare daily blendsManeuver around stockroom and production areas; involves bending, standing, twisting, and liftingAbility to stand for extended periods of timeFrequent lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs.Constantly exposed to our exceptional spice and tea aromasCompensation: $15.15 - $16.50 per hourWe create and share the experience every day!
