Production AssociateHanline Foods is looking for a Production Associate who will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the processing.Responsibilities:Processing of product at different stages of production.Operate the cooking process and equipment. Adding ingredients and running the programOperate the drying process and equipment. Monitoring the process.Operate the packaging process and equipment. Monitoring the process.Reporting any damaged equipmentCleaning of the facility and equipment as needed.Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.Factory/warehouse setting.Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar roleMust be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/dayMust be able to work minimum of 40hrs/weekMust be able to work weekends when neededBenefits:401(k) or Roth IRA with fully vested 4% matchHealth, Dental, & Vision insurancePaid time offCompetitive environmentGrowth opportunityVoluntary life insurance, short & long term disability, etc.Company paid life insurance policyCompensation & Hours:$15 per hour, overtime at time and a halfMonday-Thursday 7am-5pmSaturdays as needed
