Production AssociateA pioneer in the world of supply chain solutions is adding a Production Associate to their team!In this role, you will specialize in assembling and stacking products while ensuring that machines are continuously running. It is a fantastic opportunity to launch your production career with a manufacturing company.This is a temporary job that offers multiple shifts, benefits upon permanent hire, and an incredibly supportive management team.Job Responsibilities:Stack products and use dollies to safely transport products.Visually inspect product to ensure it is manufactured and packaged to customer specifications.Operate and monitor machines and perform secondary operations (e.g., hot stamping, assembly, trimming).Report all quality issues or issues with machinery as they arise to management team.Schedule:Sunday-Tuesday; 6 AM - 6:30 PMWednesday; 6 AM - 12:30 PMOther shifts available including nightsJob Requirements:1 year of experience in production.Attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions in the form of diagrams, written, or verbal.Ability to follow safety guidelines and keep area clean.Pay: $14.00/HourBenefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD and DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLocation: Dallas, TXVerstela is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other status protected under federal, state, or local law.
