As a Production Associate, you'll be an essential part of our poultry processing line, ensuring each product meets the highest standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Whether you prefer daytime or night shifts, your focus on safety compliance, quality assurance, and equipment monitoring will help us deliver excellence every day.Required Skills:Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments; night shift experience is a must for night rolesStrong attention to detail with a high standard for quality and safetyAbility to follow strict safety protocols, including proper PPE use and Lockout-Tagout proceduresEffective communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards supporting supervisors and colleaguesComfortable working in physically demanding settings: standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbsNice to Have Skills:Previous experience in the poultry or food production industryFamiliarity with USDA quality standards and Quality Assurance practicesBasic equipment troubleshooting and monitoring capabilitiesPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED preferredPrior production line or manufacturing experience, especially with night shiftsOther Requirements:Must be willing and able to work assigned shifts in Rincon, GA: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM ($16.25/hour)Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM ($16.25/hour)Ability to comply with all safety protocols and physical job demandsReady to be part of a team where your dedication to quality and safety drives success?
