Production Associate - Sign ManufacturingJoin our growing team! SouthWood Corporation is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our sign manufacturing department. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to be part of a team that brings designs to life – apply now.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate signs using various materials (metal, vinyl, acrylic, etc.)Operate tools, machinery, and equipment (e.g. CNC router, saws, welders).Assemble and install sign components.Prepare sign surfaces for paintingRead and interpret work orders and design specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.Previous experience in sign manufacturing, fabrication, or related trade a plus.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.We offer:Competitive hourly wageMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)
