We're seeking a Production Associate who's ready to be part of an innovative, people-first brand shaping the future of the roofing industry.About The RoleDuro-Last Roofing is the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems. We are looking for production candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company!Make high quality products, free of defects, to fulfill customers' needs and expectationsLearn all the basic level tasks including how to operate production equipment and learn manufacturing proceduresAccurately complete all required production paperworkAttend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetingsKeep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guestsAll other duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED is required At least 18 years of age Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check Bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary Previous manufacturing experience is highly desiredAdditional RequirementsSuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators.
