This position is suitable for both entry-level and experienced manufacturing candidates interested in working with industrial equipment, flexible packaging, and quality-driven production processes.Production Associates may be assigned to areas such as Press support, Pouching, Wicketing, Slitting, or Packaging based on experience, training, and business needs.Position DetailsLocation: 12682 Cardinal Meadow Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478Pay: $17.00/hourNight Shift Differential: +$2.00/hourSchedule: 12-hour Night ShiftRotation: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 Days on /3 days offEssential Job FunctionsSafely operate or assist with manufacturing equipment in accordance with company proceduresPerform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshootingLoad, inspect, package, and move raw materials and finished goodsMonitor product quality and report nonconforming material or process issuesTrack and document production output, scrap, and downtimeApply labels and complete required production documentationMaintain clean, orderly, and safe work areasCollaborate with operators, packers, and team members to meet production goalsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to work 12-hour shiftsManufacturing or production experience preferred, but not requiredBasic math and mechanical aptitudeAbility to understand and follow safety rules, work instructions, and production documentation, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to use or be trained on basic computer or production systemsDependable, team-oriented, and safety-focusedNon-English-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.Physical RequirementsLifting up to 50 poundsStanding and walking for extended periodsFrequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pullingWorking around moving industrial equipment in a manufacturing environmentPre-Employment RequirementsAn online pre-employment skills assessmentA drug screeningA criminal background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local lawsWhy Accredo Packaging?$2.00/hour night shift differentialStable, full-time schedulesMedical and retirement benefits available after 90 days of employmentTraining provided with opportunities to learn multiple production operationsSafety-focused, team-based work environment
