Commercial Tire & Service CentersStarting Pay $21.00 - $26.00 (DOE) Hourly + OT Opportunities + Weekly PayLocation: 147 Morgan Dr, Howell MIBase pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for a number of benefits, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts.About the RoleAs a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or in other words, extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road!In our retread plants you will have the opportunity to support the retread process through various stages:Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retreadBuff the casing to remove any worn treadRemove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casingUsing rubber cement or a patch, repair the casing before applying new treadBuilding the tire by applying new treadCuring the tire to mold the retread applicationFinal Inspection to assess a safe and quality productWhat's in it for you:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription drug, vision, dental plans and Wellness Program401(k) with company matching with a 2% MatchLife Insurance (100% Company Paid)40 Hours of vacation time in your first year and holidaysTuition Reimbursement up to $5,250On-going Training and further career advancement opportunitiesBasic Requirements:Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.Basic Computer SkillsPreferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in manufacturing environment/ General Labor/ Entry LevelAbout Us:We are a service and retreading market leader with over 200 Commercial Tire Centers and Truck Care Centers located across the United States.
