Production AssociateKelly Services is partnering with a client in Troy, Missouri, to hire a Production Associate. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable working in a production environment, and experienced with basic hand tools.Location: Troy, MO Pay: $18 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.ResponsibilitiesAssemble products and components according to instructions and specifications.Safely operate basic hand tools.Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain an organized and safe work area.Follow all production procedures and workplace safety requirements.Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.Comfortable using basic hand tools.Able to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Must have reliable transportation to Troy, MO.Must be able to successfully complete a background check.Apply today to learn more about this Assembly & Production opportunity with Kelly Services!
