Production Associate - TT Strap - Demold - 3rd ShiftParker Lord’s Dayton facility manufactures passive vibration mounts for commercial and military aerospace applications. Our core competencies include machining and rubber-to-metal bonding, and we hold multiple industry and aerospace customer certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP.Essential Job FunctionsFollows all manufacturing instructions and print requirements for the production of components in TT StrapCompletes necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure quality conformance and the proper movement and control of productCompletes all quality related inspection requirementsEnsures all equipment and materials used to perform job functions are compliant to proceduresSuggest and participate in the implementation of process improvements and scrap reduction activitiesPerforms all required preventative maintenance activitiesActively participates in LEAN projects and activitiesAdheres to all safety guidelines and proceduresResponsible for the proper storage and disposition of hazardous wasteOther assignments as requiredQualificationsAble to communicate effectively with management, and co-workers to promote strong working relationships and create an environment focused on teamworkFlexible with work and job assignments and willing to perform any function as neededMust be dependable and available to work overtime when requiredUnderstands and demonstrates comprehension of drawings, blueprints and Manufacturing Work InstructionsProficient with Microsoft Office including OutlookSelf-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervisionAbility to carry/lift up to 35 lbs. (30% of the time). Must have the ability to stand, kneel, squat, stoop, use fingers and hands to feel, lift or handle tools, parts and equipment.Education RequiredHigh School Diploma or EquivalentWork Experience2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar work environment2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing preferredAll applicants applying for this position must be eligible to work in the United States, as we are an Electronic I-9 / E-Verify registered company.
