Production AssociateLooking for a steady schedule, great pay, and the opportunity to work with a growing team? CoWorx Staffing is currently hiring Production Associates for 12 HOUR SHIFTS in Turners Falls, MA! Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM Overtime available on Fridays $18.54 per hourResponsibilities:Assemble and prepare boxes of various sizes to support packaging and shipping operations.Load products into plastic packaging materials or onto conveyor systems for automated wrapping processes.Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment where products move continuously through the manufacturing process.Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.Identify and remove defective, damaged, or non-conforming products from the production line.Verify products are properly oriented and positioned throughout the packaging process.Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and product quality.Pack finished and wrapped products into boxes according to packaging requirements.Palletize completed orders and prepare them for shipment in accordance with shipping and safety standards.Desired Background/Skills:Reliable and punctual team members with a strong commitment to attendance and dependability.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical work throughout the duration of the shift.Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
