This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has experience (or interest) in assembly, fabrication, and general production operations.What You'll DoAssemble components accurately and efficientlyOperate hand and power tools to fabricate partsUse mechanical knowledge to identify and troubleshoot issuesSupport warehouse activities, including material handling and inventory movementSafely operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facilityWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferredComfort using hand and power toolsFamiliarity with warehouse operations and material handlingAbility to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plusMechanical assembly or fabrication experience is helpfulSchedule & PayJob Type: Full-time or Part-timePay: $20.00 per hourHours: 40–50 hours per weekShifts Available: 1st and 2nd shiftSchedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shiftsOvertime potentialPremium Pay Includes:Overtime payDouble-time payVacation and holiday hours count toward overtime calculationsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.Prolonged standingTwisting, reaching, and graspingPushing and pullingFrequently lifting up to 20 poundsOccasionally lifting up to 50 poundsJohnson Welded Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
