Production AssociateThe Production Associate will be responsible for deburring and grinding down cut pieces of steel.ResponsibilitiesDeburr and grind down cut pieces of steel using hand tools and machinery.Operate machines efficiently and safely.Inspect steel pieces to ensure quality standards are met.Troubleshoot any production issues that may arise.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools and machine operating.Experience in general labor, production, assembly, and inspection.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Why Work Here?Enjoy a supportive work environment with long-lasting employees, monthly pitch-ins, and great team collaboration.Work EnvironmentWork in a steel fabrication shop that can be hot or cold, dusty, dirty, and loud. Utilize tools such as a flapper disk operating at 11,000 RPMs and a hand chisel.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Louisville, KY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
