Production AssociateThis role focuses on supporting glass production operations in a manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a production team to operate machinery, handle glass materials, and help ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery and equipment used in glass manufacturing in a safe and efficient manner.Handle, move, and process glass materials according to established procedures and quality standards.Monitor production processes and report any issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.Follow written and verbal work instructions to meet daily production targets and deadlines.Perform basic checks on equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety.Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials, which may include operating a forklift if qualified.Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth production flow and support continuous improvement.Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment.Complete any required documentation related to production, materials, or quality checks.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Versailles, KY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
