We know that being the partner of choice for our clients starts with being the partner of choice for our employees.General Description Summary***** Work 36 hours & get paid for 40*****The Associate, Production will perform duties to operate manual and/or automated equipment to complete assembly of aerosol cans.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate automated machines as specified on work orderIdentifies, troubleshoots, and resolves minor issues with equipment, devices or productsVisually checks components and/or completed product for damage and to maintain quality standardsFollows all safety rulesPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, and abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough understanding of products and equipment using in manufacturingExcellent organization skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma preferredSupervisory ResponsibilitiesWork EnvironmentWarehouse settingCompensation:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
