Production AssociateWeinbrenner Shoe Company is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Associates. Be part of a company known for quality, tradition, and American-made craftsmanship.The Associates will help ensure that the Thorogood brand continues to be recognized as one of the best brands in the footwear industry.Duties include:Perform a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing of footwearOperate hand tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficientlyAssemble shoe components according to quality and production standardsFollow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork as part of a team to meet daily production goalsPerform other related duties assigned based on specific positionCandidates should have the following skills:Ability to perform repetitive tasksAbility to work in a fast paced environmentEffective communications skillsBe a team-playerAbility to stand and walk up to 100% of dayEffective August 2026, Hourly Wage of $20.00 up to $24.37 per hour (Pay rate dependent on position)Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, occasional overtime.Full benefits plan after 30 days of employment.High Deductible Health Insurance and HSA Qualified Plan with an HSA company match.Free Primary Care through AnoviaHealthAll Employees who join the High Deductible Health Insurance Plan will have Free Primary Care through Anovia Health.
