Production OperatorPartners Personnel has partnered with a leading water bottling and manufacturing company in Middleburg, FL and is hiring Production Operators. Don't wait, apply today and start as soon as this week.Position: Production Operator Shift: Day and Night shifts available Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, work only half the month with built-in overtime opportunities Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Location: Middleburg, FLFor priority consideration, text code word "MIDDLEBURG" to Job Responsibilities:Operate and monitor automated bottling and packaging lines to meet daily safety, quality, and production goalsPerform hourly quality checks including visual inspection of bottles, caps, labels, and finished productsEnsure bottles are properly filled, sealed, labeled, and packaged according to production standardsLoad and unload raw materials such as bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials onto the production lineClear minor jams and assist with line changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshootingMonitor conveyor systems and equipment to ensure continuous production flow and minimal downtimeAccurately complete production, downtime, and quality reports throughout the shiftIdentify and report defects, leaks, mislabels, or non-conforming products to leadership immediatelyFollow all safety guidelines, GMP standards, and food safety procedures at all timesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and production areas in compliance with food-grade standardsAssist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing finished goods for shipmentSupport multiple areas of production and perform relief duties as neededWork collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet shift goalsRequirements:Must be able to speak and read EnglishNo experience required, training providedAbility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as part of a rotating scheduleComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable attendance and punctuality
