LVMH Beauty is part of the LVMH Group.Job DescriptionLine SupportResponsible for the continuous monitoring of the Manuel Each picking Area or Full case picking area. This will include strategically moving personnel throughout the picking area to ensure all areas have sufficient coverage to meet the demands of the ordersPick and pack Orders from all different types of Pick Locations including FMR/Bulk MEPResponsible for the daily processing of all orders to include priority sequencing and special instructionsMonitor efficiency and report findings to managementResponsible to fill all picking locations on as needed basis and collaborate with the replenishment team to prioritize and fulfill missing replenishment ordersResponsible for quality control and accuracy for all order fulfillment by ensuring all procedures are followed for line starting, picking, scanning and check weigh auditResponsible for maintaining required order commitments by picking all orders within the SLAAssist with additional responsibilities as needed.General Guidelines for All EmployeesReport any unsafe work conditions to managementKeep a neat, clean, and safe work areaMay be required to be cross trained and work in other departments within the Distribution CenterWork overtime on an as needed basisPerform additional tasks as neededWork in a fragrance filled environmentAbility to work in a non-temperature regulated warehouse environment, which may involve some exposure to seasonal weather changes.Physical RequirementsAble to pick/pack, unpack and lift cartons up to 30lbs as required by the roleAbility to push and pull picking carts, pallets and material handling equipmentContinuous standing/walking for an average of 7.5 hours/dayContinuous bending/movement of arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hours/dayQualifications2 years of relevant experience in a Distribution Center environmentAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsGood understanding of computer systemsGood understanding of Microsoft excelGood communication skillsDeals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgmentAdditional InformationThis job description is intended to cover the core accountabilities of the position and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
