We are Juntos!Essential FunctionsTransferring of scales from Q.C. labSet up weights before production shiftChecking weights while line is runningCompleting Weight Control Form and/or entering weight control data into tablet computerCompleting/Reviewing Weight Control Chart Data and notifying production when out of limitsLabel verification and packaging integrity checksProduct temperature monitoring and thermometer calibrationsFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (line cleanliness), compliance monitoring and reportingJob Requirements/SkillsAble to follow verbal instructions from SupervisorHandle multiple projects in a fast paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organizedExcellent communication skillsAnalytical skills and attention to diminutive detailsMust follow all Safety rules and Company ProceduresExperiencePrevious QA experience in a food manufacturing environment a plus but not requiredEducation/Certifications RequiredN/ATrainingOn the job training
