You'll support production coordination activities for assigned categories, assisting with timeline tracking, sample logistics and vendor communication under the guidance of senior staff.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritize competing tasks throughout the day and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets.WHAT YOU'LL DOAssist in tracking production timelines and milestonesSupport sample requests, logging, and shipment coordinationHelp maintain production records in ERP/PLM systemsCommunicate routine status updates to internal stakeholdersSupport purchase order data entry and trackingAssist with ad hoc production coordination tasksIdentify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as neededABOUT YOUBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience1-2 years production coordination or related experienceProficiency in ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsNICE TO HAVESInternship or coursework in supply chain or apparel productionFamiliarity with ERP/PLM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, functions, & formatting toolsPrevious experience in data entry, admin support or reporting supportCOMPENSATION At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate's qualifications and experience.
