They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.About The RoleThe Production Coordinator is a linchpin role within SpaceXAI's logistics organization supporting data center construction, commissioning, and ongoing campus operations. Production Coordinators work with logistics leadership, inventory, receiving, Site Operations, and construction teams to ensure the on-time delivery of components, kits, and assemblies for hyperscale AI training infrastructure. This position is based in Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS, with work across the Memphis / Southaven campus.ResponsibilitiesCreate inventory requests based on work orders, kits, and replacement parts for data center build and operationsMaintain material and production schedules through coordination of planning and shortage managementEnsure parts and equipment are handled and protected properly and within SpaceXAI specifications, including high-value servers, networking gear, power and cooling components, and infrastructure materialsInterface with engineers, technicians, Site Operations, and construction on the release of work orders and material requestsReconcile work order bill of material quantitiesMaintain high integrity in company computer systems per procedures; assist with resolution of incorrect system data that drives inappropriate demand, schedules, or could result in general failureVerify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity, and revisions prior to release of work orders or kitsWork with internal customers for priority and schedule requirementsAssist materials management leadership and project teams with action item updates as requiredCommunicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership upon requestAssist logistics and operations teams in corrective actionsSupport logistics process through innovative staging of workflowPerform de-kitting operations and own the return-to-stock processSupport productivity improvement across receiving, inventory, kitting, and material flowBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate1+ year(s) of supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing experiencePreferred Skills And ExperienceKnowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Associate's degree in a business or technology fieldExperience in data center, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environmentsExperience operating forkliftsAPICS certificationAdditional RequirementsValid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedAbility to work at elevated heightsAbility to work in extreme outdoor environments — heat, cold, rain, etc.Ability to work in an environment requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noiseWillingness to operate machinery such as forklifts and loaders when neededAvailable for overtime and weekends as the schedule varies depending on site operational needs; flexibility requiredAble to and available for travel (up to 20% of time)Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS areaSpaceXAI is an equal opportunity employer.
