With 38 offices located in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, PRG offers the ability to provide services worldwide by collaborating with our local partners.ResponsibilitiesThe Production Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the Production Management group with the planning, budgeting, and execution of events and/or entertainment projects in all markets and facets PRG serves.They will support both on-site and off-site project efforts through the planning and delivery of the appropriate services, equipment and support.Assisting Production Management group with the creation of budget documents for new proposals,Gathering of quotes from third party vendors, and providing support to the PM/AM through the execution of a project. It is the policy of PRG to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.Employees are expected to perform all of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with this policy at all times.Does related work as required.The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting Production Managers with maintaining established event schedule, scope, and budget.Essential Functions:Open job numbersCreate Purchase OrdersReview submitted documents and requests for accuracy and complianceAsist in obtaining pre-paymentsHelp in troubleshooting issues with PO's, invoices, payments for jobs for all projectsSchedule or run job reports for Production ManagersAssist Production Managers with project closeoutHelp in reconciliation of projectsResponsible for processing of invoices, POs, and job number creation in conjunction with the accounting team.Track and update production labor submissions.Ensure receipt of signed contracts and official forms required for project execution i.e. proof of insurance, tax forms, and change order agreements.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalency required.Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is required.Completion of two years of post-secondary education from an accredited institution of higher learning with a concentration in business administration, hospitality management, operations management or related entertainment technology fields. Or equivalent amount of production related experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the entertainment market or equivalent experience in shop or show site operations.Strong communication and customer service skills.Former PRG internship experience a plusTime management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects at once.EEO and DisclosureThe pay range for this position is estimated to be $75, ,000.00. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
