Rich's—Infinite Possibilities. One Family.Purpose StatementThe Production Coordinator will work closely with the Production Group Leader, performing both administrative and hands-on tasks. The role involves approximately 70% time on the production line and 30% administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and staff coordination.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesSupport daily production schedules by assisting with associate placement and task coordination to meet production ordersSpend significant time on the production floor monitoring workflow, safety, and quality expectationsMaintain compliance with GMP, food safety, and plant safety standardsAssist with preparing, organizing, and submitting production, safety, and performance reportsSupport documentation accuracy and completion of required paperworkCommunicate production issues, delays, or safety concerns promptly to minimize disruptionsAssist in training, coaching, and motivating associates to support productivity and engagementRotate breaks and lunches for associates to maintain line performanceKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED Basic math and computer skills (data entry, reports, basic systems) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in both hot and cold environments Familiarity with basic production scheduling, coordination, or problem-solving (training provided) Ability to work various shifts, including overtime or weekends as neededRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity standing up for fairness and maintaining a culture of belonging, to provide an exceptional experience for all.
