Each year, we also encourage our people to spend a month exploring the world, whether that means working from another office or even from the beaches of Mexico, to expand their perspectives and bring fresh inspiration back to the team.As a Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of integrated projects across experiential, content, social, and digital. You will work closely with Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and external partners to help keep projects running smoothly from kickoff through delivery.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment, enjoys problem solving, and is eager to grow their production career across multiple disciplines.What You'll Be DoingSupport Producers and Project Managers on experiential, content, strategy, social, and digital projectsAssist with project scheduling, timelines, and production calendarsHelp coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partnersTrack project deliverables, assets, and approvalsPrepare call sheets, production documents, and status updatesAssist with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense trackingHelp ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budgetSupport on set or on site production as neededMaintain clear and consistent communication across teamsWhat You'll Bring1 to 3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within an agency or production environmentExperience or strong interest in experiential, content, social, and digital productionExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and follow throughClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environmentComfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platformsA collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented mindsetBonus Points!Experience supporting live events, activations, or on site productionsExperience in the hospitality/service industryOn set experienceFamiliarity with content production workflows including video, photography, and socialBasic understanding of budgets and production financeExperience working with external vendors and freelancersAdditional InfoMonday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick daysConsistent culture and team-building eventsEmployee recognition and incentive programsSeasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the yearOffice lunchesBranded company swagAccess to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreachesDog-friendly officesUnlimited coffee, drinks, and snacksFlex work and travel optionsComprehensive extended health benefits401k matching$60,000 - $70,000 a year Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
