Production CoordinatorProduction Coordinator Radwell International LLC | Production Operations Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046The Production Coordinator position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and expediting repair parts within the standard production flow. This role ensures quality, on-time delivery, and constant customer awareness throughout the repair process by communicating revised delivery expectations through phone, email, and fax as required.Key ResponsibilitiesExpedite and communicate when expected delivery dates are missed for the following production statuses:Awaiting Assignment / Dispatched to Technician / Being RepairedAwaiting Parts / Parts Research / Parts OrderedQA Further Evaluation / BER EvaluationEnhance, improve, and manage customer communication processes regarding repair status and delivery expectationsEnsure customers are provided with all available options through purchasing, sales, and engineering as requiredManage follow-up processes to confirm customer satisfaction after corrective actionAssist with data research and fact-finding to support technician monthly performance reviews and metric trackingSupport Repair Production Team Leaders and Technicians with inventory management related to production processesPerform other duties, tasks, or work as assignedQualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentGeneral working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong focus on department growth and process improvementKnowledge & Skills RequiredExcellent communication skillsStrong computer proficiencyAbility to multi-taskAbility to work at a fast paceAttention to detailStrong problem-solving abilitiesEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredOne to three years of related experience and/or trainingTechnical or industrial product knowledge a plusPhysical DemandsOccasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingFrequent walkingFrequent lifting of up to 25 poundsCompensation & Commission The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18–$20 per hour.
