Job description
DESCRIPTION
nAs a Production Designer you will be responsible for designing and preparing files for printing. You will use a strong background in design, print, and knowledge of efficiencies to set the standards for our work.
nRESPONSIBILITIES
nnnPartner with Copywriter and other members of the department to concept and refine ideas
n
nnPresent and discuss creative work internally
n
nnInterpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
n
nnArticulate direction to fulfillment partners (printers, etc.)
n
nnLiaise with counterparts in other disciplines of marketing (from traditional to social) to ensure integrated work
n
nnLead the agency's work to a higher aesthetic and reputation in the marketplace
n
nnOther duties as assigned that support the overall agency, department and program goals
n
n nQUALIFICATIONS
nRequirements :
nnnPortfolio of produced work
n
nnA minimum of 2+ years' experience working full-time as a creative person
n
nnSuperior visual problem-solving skills
n
nnThorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, as well as PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
n
nnStrong researching skills
n
nnAbility to deliver under tight deadlines and flexibility in daily work
n
nnExcellent verbal and written communication ability
n
nnPresentation skills strong organization/time management skills
n
nnSelf-motivated and able to project manage and handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced agency setting
n
n nThis role reports to the head of Creative Services.
