Are you a designer who enjoys both the creative and executional sides of the design process?
We're seeking a Production Designer to join the in-house marketing team of a leading company in the residential professional services industry . This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with approximately 3-5 years of experience who loves developing polished print marketing materials while also thriving in the fast-paced world of production design and creative execution.
This is a true 50/50 split between Graphic Design and Production Design . We're looking for someone who can think conceptually, contribute creative ideas, and design compelling print pieces, while also embracing the detailed production work required to bring campaigns to life at scale.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, coachable, and energized by a high-volume environment. If you're the type of person who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and taking pride in delivering flawless work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Creative Design
Design print marketing materials that align with campaign goals and brand standards
Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual communications
Develop layouts and creative concepts for a variety of customer-facing print assets
Partner with campaign managers and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life
Contribute creative solutions while maintaining brand consistency
Production Design & Execution
Execute revisions and updates within existing templates and marketing materials
Incorporate copy changes, artwork updates, partner-specific requests, and other production edits
Prepare print-ready files and ensure accuracy across all deliverables
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Maintain meticulous attention to detail across a high volume of requests
Ensure all work adheres to brand, legal, and quality standards
Collaboration & Communication
Communicate proactively regarding project status, questions, and potential challenges
Partner directly with marketing stakeholders and campaign managers
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
Support a collaborative team environment focused on delivering high-quality work
Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in a deadline-driven setting
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, production design, or a closely related role
Strong print design experience
Advanced proficiency with:Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of file organization, layers, production workflows, and print-ready artwork
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience with Workfront
Experience with Asana
Background supporting direct mail, customer communications, or large-scale print marketing programs
Additional expertise in advanced Photoshop and Illustrator techniques

This role is fully onsite in Norwalk, Connecticut , conveniently located near Route 7 and the Merritt Parkway interchange. Candidates must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday.
