Clutch is looking for a Production Director with social media experience for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities:
Lead production and teams on large-scale digital media initiatives, including social media projects.
Manage teams to deliver high-quality work in timeline and on budget.
Oversee scope of work and budget, resource allocation, through execution.
Keep up with trends in social media, organic, paid, creator, UGC content, and influencer campaigns.
Manage timelines, scheduling, shoots, and workflows.
Build strong internal and external relationships to drive successful projects.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and external agencies.
Oversee production quality and planning, from pre-production through final delivery.
Requirements:
8+ years in production within a marketing, advertising, or media agency setting required.
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong social-first capabilities and experience with creator content and premium brand campaigns.
Previous experience in a high-level production agency overseeing, staffing, permits, scheduling, logistics, and location scouting.
Experience with project management and production tools required.
Experience managing budgets from small to large-scale.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
Ability to move from one project to another without sacrificing quality or communications.
A strong understanding of brand industry and client alignment.
