Job description
SCHWING America is seeking a Production Supervisor – Main Assembly to lead the assembly team on the production floor in White Bear Lake, MN. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing safety, quality and efficiency while meeting production schedules.
You will partner with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and HR to develop and execute the production plan, coach and develop employees, and drive Lean initiatives for cost and throughput improvements.
