Production Floral Associates
to join a dynamic, fast-paced floral production facility in
Vista, CA
. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with flowers and seeking weekly pay, competitive benefits, and room for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in production, assembly, warehouse, landscaping, agriculture, or floral work is preferred but not required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication, teamwork, dependability, and punctuality.
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Capable lifting and moving up to 35 lbs. regularly.
Physically able to bend, reach, twist, and perform other physical activities throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in cool, refrigerated environments around fresh floral products.
Shift Options:
First Shift:
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Second Shift:
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Third Shift:
12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
