Machine OperatorOur client, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Omaha, NE Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.16 per hour, depending on shift assignment and applicable shift differential.What's the Job?Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.Inspect plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and compliance with specifications.Monitor machine performance, identify basic equipment issues, and communicate concerns to leadership.Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals and production schedules.What's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to use basic computer systems to enter and track production and quality information.Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.What's in it for Me?Competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.16 per hour based on shift.Multiple shift options available to fit different schedules.Opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing and machine operation experience.Safety-focused and team-oriented work environment.Overtime opportunities to increase earnings.Available Shifts:1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday through Tuesday3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday through Friday2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Thursday through Monday2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Friday through TuesdayIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
