We're Hiring Production Generalists | 1st ShiftPay Rate: $16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Paid Lunch: 30 Minute Paid LunchAvailable ShiftsSunday through Thursday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PMThursday through Monday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PMWednesday through Sunday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PMSaturday through Wednesday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PMFriday through Tuesday | 6:00 AM to 2:00 PMPosition SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail oriented Production Generalists to join a fast paced production environment. In this role, you will be trained to operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are met.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperate printing equipment used to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other materialsSet up and adjust production equipment to ensure accurate processingPerform quality inspections and verify production quantitiesManually insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings for shipmentOperate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprintsSort and stage completed mail for distributionRespond to machine error messages and perform basic troubleshootingRequirementsBasic computer skills, including data entry and navigationAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to stand for approximately 95% of the shiftAbility to lift between 20 and 50 poundsFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requiredPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in a high volume production or manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of production workflows and quality standardsTeam oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when neededBenefits & PerksWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k)Referral bonusesPaid Lunch: 30 minute paid lunchIf you're looking for a hands on production role with training, growth opportunities, and a stable schedule, apply today!
