Production Team Members - Direct Mail & Print Operations

Mail Shop Specialist
* Full-Time: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
AutoPen Technician
* Full-Time: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What You'll Do (Production Generalist Responsibilities)
You'll support multiple areas of our direct mail production floor to help keep jobs moving accurately and on schedule.
Daily work may include:
* Operating AutoPen Machines or Postage Stamp Affixing Machine
* Preparing Materials for Mailing
* Assisting with hand inserting and mail assembly
* Monitoring workflow and helping where needed across departments
* Supporting team production goals in a fast-paced environment
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, and teamwork .

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ year production, mailing, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
* Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office familiarity is helpful)
Physical Requirements
This is an active production-floor position:
* Standing and moving for most of the shift
* Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly
* Frequent use of hands and manual dexterity
* Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching
* Moderate noise production environment
