Production HelperWe are seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. This role is integral to our production process, ensuring efficient operation and maintaining high product quality.ResponsibilitiesAssist machine operators with production setups and changeovers.Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished products throughout the production area.Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment.Monitor product quality and assist with inspections.Package and label finished materials.Maintain clean and organized work areas.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow.Perform other production support tasks as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to work 12-hour shifts.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery.Capability to handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months tenure in a similar role or fast food/retail experience with physical duties.Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Reliability and job stability with at least 6 months of continuous work history.Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on staffing needs.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.Tolerance to strong industrial odors.Availability to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule.Why Work Here?Joining our team offers growth opportunities and competitive pay. Employees work 15 days per month, following a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule. The facility is non-climate-controlled, requiring adaptability to varying temperatures and industrial odors.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Auburn, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
