Now hiring for a Production Inspector and Packer
Location: Peachtree City, GA
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 7 AM - 3:45 PM

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, complete, and maintain production and quality documentation.
Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Experience Requirements
Previous packaging, production, manufacturing, quality inspection, or assembly experience preferred.
Experience performing visual inspections and identifying product defects is a plus.
Familiarity with production documentation, labeling, and traceability requirements preferred.
Experience working in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to accurately identify defects such as burns, discoloration, and other visual imperfections.
Dependable with strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to workplace safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling of products and packaging materials.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
Match product numbers and lot numbers to ensure correct packaging and product identification.
Inspect products for visual defects, including burns, discoloration, and other quality issues according to established procedures.
Maintain product traceability through accurate labeling and documentation of lot and product information.
Record production data, defect rates, and equipment-related issues.
Verify equipment is properly set up and operating correctly before and during production.
Complete all required production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Follow ISO quality standards, environmental procedures, OSHA requirements, and company safety policies.
Support quality, environmental, and operational objectives while meeting production expectations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
