You'll join a long-standing, family-oriented organization with a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, where employees play an important role in maintaining the standards that have helped the business grow.If you're looking for a company where you can take ownership, lead from the floor, develop your skills, and see the results of your work every day, this opportunity is worth a closer look.The OpportunityThe Production Lead will provide hands-on leadership during the first shift, helping coordinate daily production activities while ensuring employees have the direction, resources, and support needed to meet production goals.You'll serve as a key connection between production employees and management—helping keep the operation organized, productive, safe, and focused on quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support production employees throughout the shiftCoordinate daily production activities and prioritiesMonitor production performance, quality, and efficiencyEnsure employees follow established safety, sanitation, and food-quality proceduresAssist with employee training, onboarding, and developmentTroubleshoot production issues and help remove obstaclesCommunicate production needs, challenges, and updates to managementHelp maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environmentPromote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementLead by example and maintain a hands-on presence on the production floorWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in food manufacturing, production, or a related manufacturing environmentPrevious lead, senior operator, or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of production processes and workflowAbility to lead and motivate a production teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong commitment to safety, quality, and productivityReliable, organized, and comfortable taking ownershipWhy You'll Want to Be HereYour experience will matter.
