Food Production LeadA Food Production Lead at a bread company runs daily baking shifts to meet output targets while keeping food safety and product quality tight.Shift Supervision: Assign floor duties, run mixing-to-baking schedules, and resolve line bottlenecks.Quality Control: Inspect dough fermentation, loaf weight, texture, and bake consistency against standard recipes.Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and allergen protocols across the line.Equipment & Inventory: Perform basic setup/troubleshooting on industrial mixers and ovens; track raw ingredients and bake yield to minimize waste.Team Leadership: Train crew members, run safety huddles, and ensure PPE compliance.Bilingual English/Spanish
