Aid in monitoring the production floor, ensuring high quality product is produced and all employees have their daily tasks. Assist with training new employees and following all company and safety policies & procedures.Essential Job Functions:Support the Production Management team with daily functions relevant to the departments productivity and personnel scheduling.Train new personnel to ensure they understand their job duties correctly and they perform the job at the highest standard.Sets up production lines at the beginning of each shift, with guidance from production management, allowing for production to start as soon as employees arrive.Oversee staff in the department and assign tasks according to day to day requests.Assure all productionPosition Requirements:Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a lead position in Beverage ProductionAdditional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage ProductionAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Must show basic knowledge with English languageBase Salary Range: $21.00 - $28.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
