We're looking for candidates with prior manufacturing or warehouse experience and a proven ability to lead employees in a fast-paced production environment. If you have a strong understanding of production workflows, safety standards, and team leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.Location: Bristol, PAAvailable Shifts & Pay3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $23.50/hrWhat You'll DoAs a Production Lead, you'll help ensure your assigned area operates safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting daily production goals.Responsibilities include:Leading and supporting production team members throughout the shiftAssigning work and ensuring proper staffing coverageMonitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targetsTroubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessaryTraining new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety proceduresEnsuring compliance with quality and operational standardsAssisting with inventory accuracy and audit supportTracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadershipWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environmentsPrior lead, coordinator, or supervisory experience is a plusStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesBasic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable attendance, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindsetSAP experience is a plusAdditional DetailsOvertime may be required, including weekends during peak production periodsBackground check requiredOpportunity to work with a well-known cosmetics manufacturerWhy Apply?Weekly payFull-time, stable scheduleLeadership opportunity with room to growCompetitive shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shiftSupportive team environment
