If you're looking for a place where your skills make a difference and you can build a rewarding career, Bauer Built offers the opportunity to grow alongside a company that's built to last.What You'll Do:Lead and support a team of Retread Technicians by providing guidance and answering procedural questionsAssist with training and onboarding of new Retread TechniciansEnsure all retreading procedures and quality standards are consistently followedTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to retreading equipment and processesPerform regular quality inspections of retreaded tires to ensure compliance with company and industry standardsMaintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, including consistent use of required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe bootsWhat You Bring:Strong understanding of tire retreading processes, equipment, and materialsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challengesProven ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencyThorough knowledge of company and industry safety standards, procedures, and regulationsWhat We Offer:401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%)Comprehensive health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance after 60 daysWeekly PayPaid Vacation, within 6 monthsPaid Holidays, eligible Day 1Short-term DisabilityLife Insurance, both company-paid and voluntaryPaid UniformsProfessional development and learning opportunities
